ABOUT US

Rehman Technology Services, Inc. was founded in 1998 by D. Douglas Rehman, who spent thirteen years in law enforcement with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the Illinois State Police (ISP). Mr. Rehman's years in law enforcement were spent at two of the most technologically advanced agencies in the country. Throughout those years, Mr. Rehman was involved in every manner of high tech investigations and techniques. He has conducted hundreds of forensic examinations of computers and computer media, and has provided training to hundreds of law enforcement officers, throughout the nation, in computer forensics and in child exploitation. He pioneered online proactive child exploitation investigations in 1994 and has installed countless audio and video surveillance devices (including during court-ordered intrusions into private property).

Mr. Rehman is a Professor at Valencia College in Orlando, where he teaches Digital Forensics as part of the Digital Forensics and Cyber Security Program.

FBI Director Louis J. Freeh wrote a letter to Mr. Rehman commending him for assisting the FBI with his expertise in computers, investigative techniques, and child exploitation. Mr. Rehman also wrote the basis for "A Parent's Guide To Internet Safety," a pamphlet published by the FBI.

As a court recognized expert in computers/computer forensics, child exploitation, and electronic surveillance, Mr. Rehman is regularly consulted by law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and legislators.

We are located in Eustis, FL which is about 30 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando. We regularly work on cases throughout Florida including in the Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Tampa, Sarasota, and Miami areas.
